🌞 Sunlight:
Thrives in full sun. Colour intensity improves with good light exposure.
🌱 Soil:
Prefers light to medium, moist, well-drained soil. Tolerates a range of conditions including saline and coastal soils.
🌱 Sowing Instructions:
- Sow directly in spring after last frost or start indoors
- Sow seeds 6mm deep in rows or scattered for foliage harvest
- Germinates in 7–14 days at 18–22°C
- Thin seedlings to 30cm apart for mature plants
💧 Watering:
Water regularly during establishment. Once mature, water moderately—avoid overwatering.

- Harvest young leaves for salads or cooking
