Blooming Seeds Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident and inspired when shopping with Blooming Seeds. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Packaging must be intact to ensure product integrity and safety.
  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved:
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at returns@organicgardenselections.com.au with the following details:
  • Your full name
  • Contact number
  • Order number
  • Receipt of purchase
  • Reason for return
