Product Use All seeds and gardening products are intended for horticultural or ornamental use only.

They are not for human or animal consumption. Please follow planting and handling instructions carefully.

Availability & Substitution Plant products are subject to seasonal availability. In rare cases, we may substitute a similar item of equal value. We’ll notify you if changes apply to your order. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for crop failure, poor germination, or unexpected plant performance due to external factors such as climate, soil conditions, pest exposure, or customer handling.  Intellectual Property All content—including product descriptions, branding elements, and images—is copyright © Organic Graden Selections and Blooming Seeds. Use without permission is not allowed.

 

We supply only fresh, quality-tested seeds. Germination results can vary due to environmental conditions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or performance once seeds are planted. For best results, refer to growing guides provided and consult local gardening resources.

 

We are committed to supporting Australia’s biosecurity efforts. All plant products are sourced and handled in accordance with relevant state and national guidelines. We reserve the right to decline orders that may breach regional quarantine laws. For more details, see Australian Interstate Quarantine and Agriculture Victoria’s seed guidelines.

Refunds, Returns & Order Issues

Due to the perishable nature of seeds and plants, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. If your items arrive damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll do our best to make it right!
